We also create construction documents if you need drawings and spreadsheets for your contractors. We can oversee and coordinate your process from construction, electrical, plumbing, lighting installation, AV, landscaping, and every other imaginable facet of construction. From the ground, up (literally) we’re keeping an eye on your “punch list,” constantly reviewing and updating it, always ensuring that everything is being done correctly, and beautifully. Finally, Installation. We’ll show up with truckloads of your furniture and accessories. Leaving your newly designed home with groceries are in your pantry, flowers on your table and a house you can call home.

HOME STAGING

You never get a second chance to make a first impression. A professionally staged home creates an amazing first impression for the homebuyer and a significant financial advantage to the home seller! We offer two home staging packages.

• Package A - We will use a majority of your existing furniture and enhance your home with our rental accessories. This, along with a series of de-cluttering, de-personalizing, and rearranging.

• Package B - Provides a full scope of rental art, furniture, and accessories to maximize your floor plan and showcases a home at its potential. This package is perfect for new home development models or standing inventory, high end homes, or properties with challenging floor plans.

REFINEMENT OF ARCHITECTURE PLANS

Matching your dreams and dollars can sometimes feel like a challenge. But there’s a lot you can do to get the look you want at the right price. We’ll focus on how to work with your professionals to sharpen your renovation vision, understand its realistic cost, and refine the plan to match your budget when necessary. You’d follow the same basic process if you’re acting as your own general contractor.

Managing a renovation can be quite tedious if you don’t have the experience. Using our finishes selection service early in your renovation or building project will help you avoid years of niggling regret from bad decisions made in isolation or under pressure. We’ll selects all the interior fittings and finishes making your style cohesive and timeless by giving you samples and details of selections so you or your builder can order.
